Well I am now 2/3's of the way through my program, and I must say that as time goes on it gets on one hand easier, yet at the same time more challenging. As much as I feel myself getting stronger and back in shape, the sorness and stiffness that one feels when exersising is also getting more extreme. I have increased my Swim and Run distances, and have increased my time on the bike. IT feels great. 10 more days to go, and then I will switch to phase to, which is getting ready for the Welland Canal swim on August 19.

As much as most coaches (including myself) would never recommend this sort ot program on an ongoing basis, as a short term get going thing it has been great. Please do not do this unsupervised if think you might want to do this program. There are many factors that keep it going without risk of injury. It has been great for me so far, and I would be happy to help others who might be interested in trying this out.
